Over the holidays, I recieved a wonderful holiday gift: a box of homemade chocolate truffles, gluten-free of course. I was so touched by the gift as it was extrememly thoughtful, tasty and it got me thinking about making a batch myself.
My friend Tricia, the giver of this great gift, provided me with the chocolate truffle recipe courtesy of America’s Test Kitchen.
